Counselling can help people to gain perspective on life with the ability to help  the individual with therapeutic consistency, to explore and go deeper into their problems in a safe environment. 

If that is rejection, abuse, single parent households issues, school /education exclusion, racism, micro aggression in the workplace, cultural appropriate therapy counselling  can have an effect on helping to rebuild their self confidence and sense of self worth without judgement.

The aim is to give support for the young person to help them learn to navigate life from a different perspective without the coping mechanisms based around trauma.
